Nothing in this online shop should be construed as a legal contract or agreement. Simply stated, you are saying I would like to buy these things if possible. We are saying We would probably like to sell them to you.

However, the following factors could negatively impact on such a transaction taking place:

 

One or more items could be out of stock. If part of your order depends upon the availability of one or more other items, it might be wise to contact us and let us know beforehand!

 

We could have technical difficulties receiving or processing your order. Please ensure that we have correct contact information in case we need to get in touch.

 

Your payment might not be honoured. We reserve the right to take all legal steps to recover monies owed and the expenses incurred in doing so.

 

We could make a mistake. You must contact us and allow us a reasonable opportunity to rectify such mistakes before cancelling credit /debit card payments.

 

Please note that once we have received payment and packed an order, the customer and Scrapitude have engaged in a legally binding contract.

Any changes made to this contract may incur penalty fees.

Should we be out of stock on an ordered item we will advise you accordingly and give you the option to either proceed or cancel the order free of charge. 

If the customer cancels the order due to circumstances out of Scrapitude’s control we reserve the right to charge the following restocking fees: 

Orders up to GBP 10 – GBP 1.00 fee
Orders up to GBP 20 - GBP 1.50 fee
Orders up to and above GBP 30 - GBP 2.00 fee
