Whilst we endeavour to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, there may be items that are out of stock when we receive your order. We do not currently operate a backorder system - if an item is out of stock at the time you order, you will need to re-order at a later date. Note that newly introduced items are often difficult to restock at short notice. We will contact you via email if an item is out of stock to give you the possibility to either change or cancel your order.
P&P is set at a flat rate of £2.50 per order for Mainland UK
Additionally, if your order ONLY consists of leightweight items such as blossoms, ribbons and lace you will receive a refund for overpaid postage. Should your order weigh 1kg or more, we do reserve the right to ask for additional postage on top of the £2.50
We do ship worldwide at cost plus an additional percentage for the packing.
We only accept PayPal payments but in some instances might agree to accept Postal Order (Money order), please contact us BEFORE placing the order to check if we would accept this method of payment.
We endeavour to post items within 24 hours after receipt of payment, however we do not process orders over the weekends.
We try our best to ensure that the packaging we use protects your precious papers, etc., and always send goods out in pristine condition. That said, we cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit. In this instance, you must contact the post office. It is useful if you photograph visibly damaged packaging before opening. We use 12" cardboard mailers for our papers and cardstock and cannot accept liability if your postman tries to bend and push it through your mailbox.
Once your items are handed over to Royal Mail we do not accept any liability for loss or damage to your goods. As we obtain proof of postage for every item we will be more than happy to forward this to you should you require to file a claim with Royal Mail. If you would like us to deal with your claim on your behalf, an admin fee of £7.99 per claim will be due to us, for which we take the hassle of chasing Royal Mail (which can sometimes be hair raising!!!) off you. Please note that items are only classed "officially" as lost if they haven't arrived 15 days after they have been posted.
Goods that are faulty or not as described can, of course, be returned. Please contact us for a return authorisation number. We cannot accept the return of goods that you simply don't like.
